Grade 7
19 August 2016
Congratulations! You've survived your first week of 7th grade! I am so happy to have met all of you and am looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you this school year.

This week we've progressed in understanding how to help each other learn and grow; we've started to get back into thinking about math and in the mathematical language (i.e. integers); we have taken our first steps into analyzing literature through summary, inference, and symbolism; and finally we have started to read historical texts in terms of perspective, timing, and biases.

This does not include all the things you learned that does not fit into a text book. As you enjoy your weekend, take some time for God, for you, and for rest. I know I will! I look forward to seeing your smiling faces on Monday!

May God's blessing be with you and may the road rise up to meet you.
